Saying I needed to sign documents about my house, I bought that house under my maiden name. How’d they get my mom’s number? I’m living out of the country. Scam call claiming its the CRA and that you"ll be arrested if you don"t press a number to speak with an officer. These are so annoying. The CRA doesn"t send robocalls notifying people of anything, and they"re also not in the habit of arresting people (CRA will garnish your pay, and freeze your bank account to get your attention). I wish there was some way to forward these calls immediately to a fraud/scam line. Like I want to be interrupted at work by these scams.
