Apparently Officer David Ramirez at this number is calling on behalf of the CRA.
These guys are clowns. I called back the number just to see what would happen and a guy answered saying "(something something) Criminal INvestigations" and when I said who is this? he hung up. When I tried back the number a minute later it gave me a fast busy signal. Not sure what that means.

Called claiming to be a collection agency. Collecting for wind mobile, but I"ve never had a wind mobile number. Immediately after denying the false address they had on file (and prior to them telling me why they were calling) the caller jumped the gun and asked "so this is fraud?". Apparently someone used my name and birth date to get a wind mobile phone. The agency threatened that this would hurt my credit. The address and drivers license they had on file did not match mine. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number.
