Call regarding credit card interest rate. Accepted call and asked person on phone to state which card I have when they told me my interest rate was currently 11.9%. They hung up very quickly when I asked them which card I have that they were able to state my interest rate.

Received a call from 905-771-8124 today at 6:09 pm. Ignored call, believing it to be another scam & let it go to voicemail. Caller was female, and stated the message was a courtesy call about my current credit card account. Caller identified that they have made several attempts to reach me, and that it was urgent that I contact them immediately or risk having my credit card rate increased.
