This number called 2-3 times a day for the past few days. I ended up calling them and reaching the customer service department. I just asked for my number to be put on a do not call list. The man who answered was polite and helpful. No more calls.

You must sign up to the DO NOT CALL LIST, and actively file your complaints. They need the filed complaints to be able to start action and charge these guys.
If you are on the do not call list,and they still called you, contact John Baird office at 613-990-7720 ask for Pam or Andrea.
If you wish to file a complaint against just energy, contact your provincial energy minister, for ontario it is Bob Chirelli 613-721-8075
So Bob Chirelli"s office sent me to Consumer Services.

So Consumer Services passes the buck back to Bob Chirellis office.No shortage of numbers to call, just a shortage of action... it is the government.
I am just calling all of them, maybe with enough calls something will be done.

This number has been calling me several times a day the last few weeks. I don"t pick up unknown numbers. No message left. I called them back one time, got recoded answer "Customer Service" without name of company, and asked me to wait.. I hung up. Yesterday they called again. I picked up. The man claimed he was calling from the National Home Service re: rental water heater upgrading thermostat to save me money. He was able to give me the correct date (almost) of when my rental water heater was installed. When I told him his company did not install it, but my contractor it ( It is true I am renting from the National Home Service, billed through Enbridge.), he got angry and insisted THEY did , and hung up on me!
"Customer Service"? Hahaha.
Funny thing is since yesterday this number has stopped calling me - so far anyway. I am hoping that will put an end to these calls. If this is a scam, they have access to customer information from the said companies i.e. NHS and/or Enbridge. Not a good thing!!

online with auto fill faster than calling in.

Just Energy. Out of Mississauga.80 Courtney Park. I ask why call over 20 times and not leave a message. he says

they need to talk to a person. He claims to be calling for enbridge. I tell him I am calling enbridge now to

complain about phone harassment. he says goodbye.

Slime trying to sell warranty for water heater that was installed and rented. Enbridge need to stop allowing these scam artists access to their billing system. They need to be shut down. They only have one intent - attempt to suck people off for money. Lousy job of it though.
