Said that Rogers overbilled me and asked that I accept the refund by clicking on the link. Knew it was not true.. because the Rogers that I know would never issue a refund for over billing , only credit on your account. They aren"t exactly saints ! :)

Same issue. Received a text at 4:38 a.m. regarding a Telus Mobility e-transfer regarding a refund for .00. This had expired March 21, 2017. No idea as to what this was regarding. Will block number.

Texted me an "e-transfer" after 2am, the number showed up as Telus although I"ve never had anything to do with that company. Ha. No answer when I called them. Wtf.
