The reason why the Canadian government does not do anything. The reason is This is not something thay care about... its not illegal to own a fake phone number machine it’s called spoofing and it’s not against the law in Canada

Received threatening automated voicemail saying a case is being filed against me, return call or I will be under arrest. I had the exact same message (343)961-3414 days before. This is really suspicious, do not respond.

I recived an automated message to my cellphone even though I knew cra office closes at 5pm this call was made 9 mins after 5pm claimed a lawsuit against me as I owed money and if u dont call back be arrested. I hung up after I heard the phony recorded computerized voice after mentioning the above..I googled the hours of cra they close at 5pm . And this number isn"t associated with cra. Glad I didn"t fall for that trap! . .. be careful people!

Received the same message, to call with automated voice saying a case is filed against me and if I do not return the call I will have a warrant for my arrest. I received the exact same message from (343)961-3414. After blocking the 343 number this one started calling. I called it back on another line, they answered saying they are CRA - however when I search, it is NOT associated with CRA whatsoever. Do not answer or respond.
