Called saying they were from CRA. When pressed for a department name, they could only come up with Investigations HQ in Victoria. CRAs investigation HQ is not in Victoria. Furthermore, they started asking if I have a lawyer that can represent me. CRA would never say this, especially considering I haven"t been audited for the period they were referencing. Surprisingly they did provide a badge number, but it is probably fake. When I told them they were a scam and I would report it to the police they hung up. If they were really CRA they would"ve referred me to their website or let me speak with their team leader. Anyways, like Alex, I think I"m gonna keep calling them just to waste their time:P
