Likely a debt collector. Left a voice mail saying an arrest warrant would be issued for me if I didn"t call back. When I tried to call the number back using some cloaking methods, the number wouldn"t go through. Clearly either a scam or someone thinking they can threaten someone without that someone taking methods to make sure the number was real. Don"t be fooled by this.

This is very clearly a scam. Do not answer and especially do not reply to them -- they will leave a threatening voicemail. Mine said there was an ongoing court case and an arrest warrant will be issued if I do not respond.

Note that if the government, a court of law, or the CRA (or other entity) had something serious to contact you about they would not call you from some arbitrary, unlisted number -- they have other ways of contacting you, usually through the postal system.

Automated message says from Canada revenue agency and a warrant arrest will be made If you don"t call their number. Never mentions your name or a name to call back. SCAM probably to use your phone line.
