Caller claiming to be "Officer Craig Williams" called my wife from this number and asked for a call back. Same language as above, "If you ignore this message than good luck"...

Received call on my cell number today (CRA has home phone, not cell). and let it go to voicemail. Beginning of message cut off perhaps because it"s a robo-caller that doesn"t wait long enough before leaving the message.. Same script as others report - Office Craig Williams (with what sounded like an Indian accent) and threatened that I me or my lawyer didn"t call back "then good luck". Glad to hear others report the same B.S. Will ignore.

Usually perpetrated by Nigerians. One of the tell tale signs that it"s a Nigerian scam is the name they give. Almost always, the name will be 2 regular first names. Examples - David James or Michael Lloyd or Steven Mathews and in this particular case "Greg Williams". If you care to entertain yourself, there are some excellent youtube videos of people calling the scammers back and taking them for lengthy rides before causing the scammer to go into full-mental meltdown. Quite hilarious :) Blocked the number. I urge you to do the same.

I just received this msg as well.. The caller ID states the they are from "Canada Revenue Agency " Said the same same as noted above... Hah,.. you could hear the calls in the background like a call center somewhere. He was very hard to understand. Needless to say ... I will not be calling this back.

Yea don"t think people leaving those kind of messages would be pre recorded. Now the first time I got a little nervious and yea called back someone picked up iding with the same company name. Again I panicked and hung up immediately, well a few hours go by and I figure okay lets get this over with and see what they want I call the same number back and get the recording this call can not be completed as dialed... so yea scam.

I just got a call too just now. Left a message on my voicemail although part is choppy but asked me to call a certain number and If I ignore this message then good luck. Just by the message you know it"s a scam. Don"t fall for it. Block it from your phone.
