Got the same call today at my home number in Winnipeg from this number...east indian accent, obvious he"s reading a script and he said his name was Officer Jason White...blah blah blah stating I needed to call him back b/c of federal charges against me. How foolish does this person think we are as Canadians?...We don"t live in fear! We aren"t scared of an "officer" calling us so we jump to call back. It was obviously a scammer but it makes me sick that he can call and impersonate a federal agent.....we all are responding to the same number, cant something be done about this ...really. I think of the elderly or a new Canadian who might not understand that this does not happen in Canada and then be at the mercy of this jerk. It is absolutely disgusting. What can we do besides irritating the hell out of the guy?

got a call too.. claiming to be CRA officer. i have received calls from CRA before..and this was not the tone CRA calls . they are always polite. and moreover they dont call from ontario. so i knew right off the back this is a scam. and when he told me that there are 3 charges against me coz i didnt pay my 2011-2012 bill which was reassessed that was just the end of it. I told him that i will wait for RCMP to arrest me but wont pay you over the phone. and hung up. and to my surprise forgetting that they had already called me they called me again after 10 minutes with the same story. I told the girl . you just called me 10 mins ago and i am waiting for the officers to arrest me. she just said OK and hung up ahhaha.

I got a call from this number as well and I didn"t pick it up because I didn"t no the number and I thought it was a prank call or scam call. I listened to the message and then heard that it was a call from cra and I new right away that it was a fraud. It was guy claiming to be calling from the cra and he did mention that I his name but was not clear on the message. He went on saying that I had 3 charges against me and it is going through the federal court. He also went on saying that if I don"t call him at this number 613-699-3724, he can not help me. I believe that it is an East Indian man that is calling people. It is sad what some are doing out there .

They call me to sent money right now because govt issued a letter on my name and RCMP will be here in 20 mins and they will deport me in 1 hour. But the funny thing is they are not willing to give me there number and any thing for reference. and ask me for my information.

He called my mother and said the same thing... Neil is not his real name... I kept calling him back and harassing him and making fun of him non stop... It was fun calling him officer b***h boy, repeatedly.... He got so angry with me, that he stopped answering my calls....
If he calls you, don"t hesitate to call him back and call him very name under the sun, it is also really funny to leave long winded messages on his voicemail...
He is not a officer, he is a scammer from a call centre in India, his number however shows up as an Ontario area code...
Don"t be folded by this loser, I strongly encourage the reverse harassment tactic I tried... Also I was very bored that day.... Khalistan yo.

Got a call from them claiming to be from CRA Inspector "somebody" with a South Asian accent. Warrant for my arrest as I had not responded to previous written communications regarding my 2011/2012 taxes. Basically called the guy that he was a fraud and he eventually gave up and hung up on me!

I got the similar call on my home phone today (in Calgary), after ignoring the calls on my cell phone for the last two days. Looking at the names of people posting on this blog, I"m convinced that this group of fraudsters got a calling list from one of the phone companies that pester us occassionaly to buy cheap long distance plans for calling South East Asia. I hope that I get called again by this group so that I can play along with them for a while and then tell them where they belong and where they need to shove those charges. ;-)
