This "officer" Steven White has been calling several times a day. Distinctively accented voice claiming there has been a law suit filed in my name. Time is of the essence.

First of all when you receive this kind of calls the best course of action is to search it online. Secondly I would really like to file a law suit against the companies which gives out our personal numbers to people like officer F..... to cause stressful condition even if it is for few minutes. Where should we call to report these type of SCAM?

They called my wife first thing this morning who had just woken up and was with our newborn. She called me in tears because they were so intimidating and aggressive towards her saying she was going to be arrested. I called the number back 647 799 1921 and a woman answered as if they were the CRA, as soon as she realized I was on to them she hung up. If the number comes up as a Canadian number I don"t understand how they can"t be tracked down and held accountable for this bullshit.

They called three times today from this number filling up my machine with messages that said "I needed to urgently call them regarding a lawsuit" I finally called back more from morbid curiosity. They Answered the phone "Canada Revenue Agency", and a Nathan Brooks (with a thick Indian accent) asked for my lawyers information and told me the RCMP were going to issue an arrest warrant for me because of tax fraud. He then ASKED MY NAME. Which I gave a fake one.. and oh yes.... there was ALREADY a warrant issued for me! I would be seeing the RCMP within 24 hours. Now, here is the weird part.. I asked what address they had on file, and he told me not to worry myself with that... then.. THAT WAS IT. So I have a sneaking suspicion that a round two phone call is coming.

xact situation happened to me today (vm with lawsuit; after call within 45 minutes I would be contacted by RCMP to be taken into custody for 24hrs). Steven White left on my vm. Then same voice says their name is Kevin Brown when I called back. Then passed on to senior role Robert Smith. I asked them for a case number which they gave me and then they wanted me to give them my full information. I asked them to give me the info so that I can verify it. I said I never received any mail and they said they have 16 electronic proofs of this info being sent to me.
