Dorval, Qc. Received the same call. Gov. of Canada providing phone number to call back or arrest warrant will be issued. I called them and they asked for my name. I offered to give them the phone number they left the message on and have them provide me the name of the person the message was for. Answer: Instructed me to just hang up and face the consequences.
