This is one of the rudest UPS locations besides Beddington Shopping Centre in Calgary, Alberta. It is obviously owned by a franchisee and I received a call regarding service issues originating from this location, only to be treated rudely and told that I was responsible for telling the shipper, Amazon, that they should - wait for it - scan my shipments?! How does that work exactly? The courier is to scan the parcel when they pick it up and as it moves through their system and is, ordinarily, finally delivered. How would a shipper "scan" a shipment in?

This is UPS. They called and left a message saying that they had attempted to deliver something from Old Navy that I had ordered. Said it is being held at their New Westminster location and will be sent back to the shipper if I don"t pick it up or call them. It"s legit. They provided my tracking number.

Missed 3 quick calls early in the morning, turned out to be UPS who didn"t have my buzzer code... Left 2 voicemails of hold music then a third from a call centre asking me to call the main number to update the file

Strange call from East Indian Male ..A parcel in their Delta Warehouse for my wife ,used her name.Said to pick it up at the warehouse.But she did not order anything that was delivered by UPS?Told them to send it back.Their was no attempt to deliver the item to us?Smells like a scam.

Called to ask my intercom code but never rang my buzzer. When I checked tracking 3.5 hours later I see that they claimed to have had the wrong address but had corrected it. I have been home all evening and there was no delivery. They never confirmed my address just my intercom code. My correct address is listed. Have had multiple problems with this delivery! Now I have to wait again!

Left a VM. Said they were UPS and that my address was wrong. Left the wrong adddess (but close too my address) and the tracking number along with the UPS 1-800 number on my VM. I called the back 1-800 number back and the tracking number left was 5 digits short. They couldn’t help with the correct number and address ( which was wrong and they reason I was calling). They created a request for someone to call me back, the person from this same number called me and said they couldn’t help without that correct info but I told them they left the incorrect info on my VM. She said it could have been a scam but I informed her she was calling from the same number and asked if this is now a scam?? She just kept saying I need the correct tracking and adddess so I said forget about it.
On top in this the products I ordered from amazon were showing not shipped and I know my amazon account has my correct address cause I get stuff all the time!
