I have received 3 calls today (7/11/2018) all from different numbers in the 416 and 604 area codes. The messages all say the same thing.... arrest warrant will be issued for tax fraud. Messages are left in English and what appears to be Chinese.

It is definitely a scam, I have blocked the number but they still call back, instead of calling from BC, now it"s from Ontario. This has been going on for 1-2 months, so annoying!
