When a computer is calling you and there is a delay between your answer and somebody at the other end, Just hang up. So I do not know what is was about and this number is block on my phone

Calls come in daily, several times a day, sometimes with 438-807-0973, sometimes with ending of 0974.... always the same, if you pick-up there’s noone at the other end. Tried to call back today, message asked for extension that I wanted, then pound number. I dialed zero “0”, then #. Message said Videotron, a voice came on, saying “hello” then quickly hung up. If that isn’t harrasment, I don’t know what it is. Wish they would get a life and stop harassing people.
