This is a credit collection company trying to collect on something that been returned to the retailer and I have a letter from the retailer confirming they received the item I returned. The retailer has tried to charge the item to my extended health care plan AFTER confirming receipt of return to them which is fraud. On top of that, a caller from this credit collection company has creeped me out on Facebook, made telephone co tact with people they can see know me on Facebook because of old public posts (I do not share my friends list even with my Facebook friends) and has a cursed the.nof conspiring g with me to purchase and return an insulin pump which is now in credit collection for some reason and has divulged the details of the claim with these people, some of which I have not seen nor spoken to in years. They called my work place and accused them of conspiring g and collaborating with me to apparently obtain an insulin pump for which I never had any I mention of paying. Not only is it illegal for them to divulge my financial details to all these people, but they all claim to have been accused over the telephone of collaborating and conspiring with me to steal the item. They call me more than once per day. I am being harassed and slandered and my credit tarnished, over an item the company accepted tk let me return and I have written proof of that and I have written proof fro. The company that the item was received as well. This is HARASSMENT. I went to the RCMP with this and they tell me I have to seek out the services of a civil lawyer to get this resolved.

There have been several calls from this number... using profanities and threats to obtain information about coworkers/employees that he (Nelson) states has an outstanding debt that he is trying to collect. He has indicated that he can use any means necessary to collect this debt. Very hostile, threatening and difficult to deal with. Immune to reason.
