this number and 416 6285652 keeps calling, it seems to be a scam, the "agent" is very aggressive, they call themselves "sweet excel" or "suite excel"

I have been receiving calls from this number and an array of odd numbers I’ve never seen all based out of Toronto area and sometimes even London. I’ve only ever talked to them about three times, each time being hard to understand them. They call themselves excel and are a collection agency... I have been getting calls from these guys for at least 5 years now and more often than not at least once a day and the number constantly changes, I never pick up these calls anymore. At first I only answered because I thought I was in serious trouble but low and behold after 5 years of these unwanted calls nothing has happened so I am convinced these are scam, spam, calls.
