I think this line is used to gather info from all these Telemarketers that call local, and abroad in order to zero in on Fraud, or Scams.
You never ever get anyone picking up, if you call this number. It comes across as a regular line,with a a few rings, and then a "Old School" voice mail comes on asking to leave a msg. and you will never have known it.
Good for the Police,its about time!
As far as I am concerned, time they crack down on telemarketers that keep calling people. Hope they get nailed!
