was hoping to use up as much of their time as i could before telling them i knew they were scammers, and of course that they could %&*$#&@#!!!

This number has been calling the company I work for, for the past three years now. i have asked everytime to be removed from the calling list. Today, this company on March 29 and called again today. On Friday they said they were calling from out credt card company to lower our interest rate. They did have some credit card information of our howver, they didnt have all the information and asked me to confirm the details. Being they are suppose to be from the credit card company. They should have all information.... I then asked to be removed from the list. Today Monday April 2 they have called back again with the same offer to lower interest rate on cards. Today they hung up on me once I got a person on the phone. Wish the telephone companies would do something about these POS! Scammers

Called my do-not-call-in-Canada land-line a few minutes ago, offering to lower my credit-card rate to 4.9% for life.
They asked for my MasterCard"s expiry-date.. That gave them the 1st 4 digits of my card-number. Given that BMO issued the card, the next 4 numbers are "2300" or "2301". For "security", they asked for the 3-digit code on the back of the card.
Then, they asked for "only the last 8 digits", saying that they did not need my whole card-number.
So, if I had answered truthfully, they would have all 16 digits, the expiry-date, and the CVV code.
FRAUD!

Offering low interest rate on visa or “master”.
According to man on the phone acting on behalf of all banks. Said they’d need date of birth and expiry date etc. Told him to call someone else who would believe. Swore at me and hung up

Scammers. When I picked up the phone, there was a recording on the other end that tried to make it sound like you had a massive debt and this was your last chance to deal with it and get a low interest rate to do so. I decided to press "1" to talk to the scammers and when the jerkwad came on the phone, he got a huge earful of very nasty things as I yelled at him to never call me again.
