This is the 3rd time i"m getting this call and getting fed up, i"m not even answering the call. They will leave a message on my voice-mail. asking me to call Mr. Steven White back as it is a very urgent matter. Why can"t they earn their living through honest means? I received voice message and automated call to my mobile phone on Dec. 1 and Dec. 4, 2017.
He name as Steve White from Law office, CRA. He asked me to call back to 226-473-1247 phone number and says my file some missing information and don’t disregard this message.
Then I directly contact CRA with my SIN number and I asked “any issues with my file and anyone assign to contact me?”. They say “according file, no one assign to contact me and definitely its scams don’t response to them”.
Please don’t response to that number and call CRA direct inquiry telephone # 1-888-863-8657 (For individual tax debt). Also, advise them about this scammer telephone number. Also, please inform this scammer to Police criminal department.

Just received the same call. Its a scam. Sometimes its a toll free number, and at other times this number. Its definitely a scam. I was even threatened by them when I questioned the authenticity of the call and them claiming to be CRA. They stated they were terrorists etc. The have an Indian accent try to take advantage of who ever falls for it.
