We"re in the London, ON area and were just woken up by a call at 07:42 AM on Father"s Day Sunday. I hit last number redial to call back 416.556.1348 (Toronto, ON number on our call display) and got a message that the number was not in service. Again dialed 416.556.1348 (this time manually) and got for a second time "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again."

I was called by this number and asked if I wanted to donate to some sort of fun/educational day for first time juvenile offenders.
I asked if they had a website for me to look at the details of the organization, he took my refusal to answer until I had details as a "yes" and attempted to patch me through to his "confirmation specialist".
The caller was clearly trained to talk through replies and didn"t give me an option as to how much to donate (he wanted 0 without me even saying I would support).
To me, this was clearly a scam.
