Robo call that starts by lying how it is not a sales call, but then proceeds to talk about septic systems. They make it sound like they are "official" by using strong words like "health" and "department" and what not. Obviously it is trying to sell something, and trying to circumvent the do-not-call rules. This obviously violates the do-not-call list.
I theory someone could take this to the next level and actually charge them for damages.
