Missed a call from this number. I"m always suspicious of numbers I don"t know. I called back and "Ken" from "Canada Revenue Agency" answered the pone. I told him I was returning a call I had received from this number. He put me on hold for about 45 seconds without saying another word then the call was mysteriously dropped. I called back a second time and the same thing happened.

Traced the number back to the source, as I received this call. Found out the name of the company to be Vitality Assurance Vacations. Looked them up on the Better Business Bureau site to see what information I could gather up on them, and saw that they deal in Vacation Timeshares. The only way that I could think of how they obtained my cell number is that it must have belonged to someone else before, and my carrier gave me a recycled number. I have never dealt with this business before.
Thankfully I have a call blocker that drops annoying calls like this one so that it doesn"t reach my voicemail.
Additional information about this Scam company is that the BBB reports that 13 complaints in the last 3 years have been launched against Vitality Assurance Vacations.

I honestly do not know what to choose as a call type as I allowed this to go directly to my voicemail and a pre-recorded message was left with a lady"s voice who has a rather thick Chinese accent saying "we have not received your letter - please press one".
