One thing to be noted to help you identify a scam call is to look at the number displayed on your phone, a real call would be something like "+1(778)x*x-xxxx", and the scam would be like "+1778xxxxxxx" with no brackets as they are called from some computer software that can fake to have the same area code as yours just to trick you.
