I got a call from this number today. It"s the thrid time they have called. Thankfully my phone picks it up as spam. I called the number back from another line and someone - a call agent acutally answers. I hung up. My VM message was also from an officer Ray Morgan. saying to call back with an attorney or look luck to me with the consequences?

Called back and called them out on the fact that they answered saying Revenue of Canada when its actually Canada Revenue and he paused and then hung up. Called back two more times and he hung up both times. Evidently a scam if the "officer" doesn"t actually care about the issue haha

Left voice mail that could be very intimidating and considered threatening in some respects. Total scam and I advise not to pay attention!

Definitely a scammer. Recorded message said same as above callers are getting, blah, blah, suffer the consequences, good luck, etc.

Officer Ray Morgan is a funny guy... Typical of a scammer. Stress urgency to call back. Threaten something disastrous happening to me. Trying intimidation. Who the f*k wishes someone a blessed day after trying to get me to call the number? Dumb arse..

He called my Cell phone, with a message that was treatning. i did some research and saw that it was a scam. I left a message calling him an a*****e and for him to go f**k himself. Funny that he has a full english name with a heavy indian accent. The number 905-581-1539 that called is a landline, based in Hamilton Ontario.

Got a call from this a***e as well. Automated message pretending to be a tax enforcement officer.

I"ve received 2 calls. Sounds serious, but just a scam. Ignore.

Received this call just now, can be very intimidating. Told me to call back and if I didn"t that they would not be responsible and wished me good luck and have a blesssed day. Big time scammers.

They called me twice again today, the same Ray Morgan guy, the same story.

Ray Morgan called today...seems to have a bit of an Irish accent. Irish are known to tell good stories. Don"t believe him, just hang up.

I got message on my home phone line today from 905-581-1539 number advising that this is from CRA Fraud Investigation Department and I have to call back or otherwise I will have consequences with CRA due to Tax fraud. I called back and so called James Miller (with very heavy East Indian accent, which already got me thinking) advised me that CRA audit revealed that I committed Tax fraud and intentionally misinformed CRA on the income from 2012-2016. And that I owe ,962.
He asked if I have an attorney and that the attorney need to contact CRA immediately. He threatened me that in 20 minutes my bank accounts will be frozen and as if a warrant has been issued to Police department who will deliver to me the affidavit and take me to custody right away. I will be held in prison for 3 months and after that period I will have option to defend myself against CRA.
I asked him to send all these allegations in writing to me. He responded that they cannot provide the letters but instead he can read me the letter that is on file.
He said that the second option is to pay upfront the owing amount to CRA and after that I will have time to resolve the allegations if I feel that there is a miscalculation on CRA’s side. He asked if I have the required amount to pay. I asked - no. Then he said that I can pay in installments. He asked how much can I pay. I said - 0. He said no , the minimum can be not less than ,000.
He asked if I have that amount available. I said – no. Then he said if I have Line of Credit from where I could potentially borrow. I said - yes. Then he said - I will transferred the call to the “Restitution department of CRA” and they will advise me how to proceed. The second person presented himself as Ray Morgan (again with East Indian accent, not as heavy as the first person, more doubts started to crawl). I started asking him various details and who exactly is he, the line got disconnected. I called back with Caller ID off, they didn’t pickup the phone and the answering machine said that this is a MajicJack VOIP line. Another clue - CRA would not use MajicJack for their phone services.
I phoned them again with my Caller ID on this time. Then the same person picked up as if officer James Miller. I started to intimidate him he started to get shaky and then I stated calling him a scammer and used heavy swearing. He started laughing and swearing back at me like a little kid. This confirms - they are scammers.

Someone by the name of Officer Ryan Morgan left me a message and stated a similar message as mentioned above. Officer Morgan sounded very unprofessional and actually made me laugh. Too bad I did not have the chance to speak to him! He is definitely a scammer,

He called saying to call him back other..... i didnt understand what he said. I dont even leave in ontario. I called, no answer. Probably a stupid scammer again

I"m also receiving these calls from a pretended officer Ray Morgan to call him back or otherwise it is serious. Big scam!

They call me very often and they ask me or my attorney to call back, he pretends his name is agent Ray Morgan... full of s**t!!

Lame CRA scammer. Safely ignore.

Called warning me to call or have my attorney call. Indian accent and told me he wishes me luck if I don"t as the situation will continue to unfold. SCAM

Finally picked up a call from this number and the automated voice told me some serious consequences if I don"t phone back. Seriously!!! Scam!!!
Wish some one post here how to program a "do not answer" on my phone so I don"t have to waste my time on c**p like this.

My favorite part of "Officer" Ray"s call was "If I don"t hear from you or your retained attorney either than the only thing I can do is wish you very good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and have a blessed day."
