Actually, they don,t come here at all. The locations stated on your caller ID are always spoofed. These vermin could be calling from anywhere in the planet, but mostly from Pakistan or India which is why US authorities can not arrest them.

How are people saying they are CRA and our police services don"t take care of these types
These guys make threats and lord help you if you don"t pay.
If you see this number come up just delete. I called back to just to string him along for a while..lol
