Called the a*****e and I informed him that their number has been tracked by the Interpol to this address. I instructed them to come out with hand up or the door would be knocked down and they will be shot on the spot if any resistance to arrest is made. I inform that they will be sent to Nigeria, China, India or whatever country they are from. They will face a court of law with a verdict from dead penalty by firing squad, hang or life sentence. The magnitude of the crime will determine their fate.

Caller ID showed as V32615403900034 (which has got to be a legit department of the CRA, lol). Beginning of message was cut off in voicemail but threatened arrest warrant "under my name" (which makes it sound like I"m the one issuing the arrest warrant). Deleted message and ignored it.
