Called me, looking for my dad. I told them wrong number, I"m his son. A guy claiming to be "Michael Johnson" from the Canadian department of immigration told me my dad had applied for immigration to Canada, which I know would not be true. All they had was his first name, initial of middle name, last name, email account and incorrect phone number. I refused to give them his number so Michael asked me if I wanted to cancel my dad"s application! Didn"t think that would be possible after establishing I am the wrong person! I said no and that I would speak to my father first and we ended the call. Clearly a failed scam.
