Born Steven Samuel Watstein on August 9, 1941 ... Little to my knowledge did I know in advance prior to excepting this job what exactly I was getting into. I was told we would be making outbound cold calls to publicly traded companies within the United States and explain that I was a Senior VP and we were calling in behalf of a 20 Billion Dollar Private Equity Fund that was looking to merge or make a partial purchase or full purchase of their company. If there was any interest I would schedule a 15 minute conference call with the chairman who is spear heading the project: AKA. Mr. Steve West. I found out through trial and error that this company (Wall Street Private Equity Group, Inc.) has never made a merger acquisition from the public realm, we were just guinea pigs testing out a new branch West was conducting to see if we could hit a home run for him. Any appointments I made for him he showed me his lack of closing ability and how he seems to bore any prospects with his lame story of how his company is going to be involved in 4 Billion in transactions this year and how he is a part time author and radio personality once a few years back. Get calls and then fax requests for owner of our company to call regarding a possible buyer for the company, sometimes signed by Steven West, now being signed by Victor Pennington, this is all a total scam!!! Do not call them to be taken off their fax list because it just validates they have a valid fax number,, they need to be reported and stopped.

Our company received a fax from Wall Street International saying we had two interested buyers, one in Ohio and one in Miami. Listed this number and went by the name of Peter Winslow. Such a scam.
