recived calls on 08-16/08-14/08-10/08-09/08-07/ \then have been advised on all ocasions that my number is on the DNC list and to remove me from there lists... they have yet to do so. I have filed a complaint with the CRTC and sugest you all do as well.

Call was for duct cleaning. Could not understand the first person on the phone but when he passed me on to his "senior supervisor" it was evident that they had no clue what they were talking about. His vacuum was supposedly 350 psi. Vacuums are not measured in psi and even if they were, it is IMPOSSIBLE to acquire a negative pressure above 14.7 psi at sea level. When I called him out on it, he was polite enough to say "get the f**k out of here" before he hung up. Very professional!!!
