I received a call from this number at 6:30am (Jan9"19). A women with an Indian accent identifying herself as "Grace" asked if she was speaking to Miss Andre (note: Andre being my husband"s first name). She said that she was calling from Visa security.

I hung up; this was not "Visa security".

Called at 6:27am, left message saying "hello?" then nothing. Sounds like call-center. I think they have called before but not this early. Blocked number.

My mother also received a phone call from this number (Jan ‘19) and the caller also said it was Visa calling. A fraudulent ,000 eBay purchase was made on her account. She does not have a Visa card.
