Ian, I got caught as well (read Sheldon"s post above). I have filed with the RCMP as well as working with my bank. Speak with your bank and the RCMP and get the RCMP to issue an order to get your bank to disclose where the money was deposited. Hope this helps.

This person took 00 deposit, sent me an address in Edmonton, knew we were driving from Calgary to Edmonton, made all arrangements at a cost and time expense. Arrived at house, owner of house knew nothing. Called repeatedly, texted, emailed, no answer. Will be contacting police. Was provided with VIN and did a search and was valid.

FYI: Using names now Chad Wiebe, Crystal Wiebe. Asked for draft to be made out to Crystal Wiebe. Emails used: horsetraining178@gmail.com and financialfreedom000@outlook.com
