After a recorded message about my credit card I transferred to an agent. He told me my good credit allowed me to have a lower rate. I asked which card and he said Mastercard, I said I only have a VISA and he said that"s what he meant. Then I asked which BANK and he said CIBC and I don"t have a CIBC VISA. I said I think he"s running a scam and he hung up so fast I barely finished that sentence.
