I worked at CRA and received the call this morning. Mentioned CRA second collection and Dept of the Treasury. First of all, CRA would send a registered letter, would not call. Also, Canada has a Dept. of Finance, not a Treasury Dept. which is US. Obviously bought a Canadian phone number to run a scam from the US.
