Offering "a certified cheque" and an arranged pick up for my 0 item on kijiji. This is the third offer with exactly the same type of arrangement. As soon as I inform them that it"s cash only, i never hear from them again. There are definitely some gullible people out there who will end up losing their hard earned money to these scumbags. I wish something could be done about these scammers.
